Lilian Hendrick

Head of Human Resources

Business Analist

As a Business Analyst in our core teams, you work closely with colleagues and stakeholders on one of the largest changes in our tech landscape: the transition from legacy solutions to a single international group system. You help lay the foundation for scalability, improved cross-country collaboration and predictable software delivery. You ensure that needs are clearly identified and documented, that requirements are clear and testable, and that traceability and change control are properly managed. This enables us to make complex change manageable and allows you to contribute to systems that have real impact for the Postcode Lottery. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

Yarno van Oort, Team Lead Back End Development: “What makes our role so enjoyable is the way we build things together — locally and internationally. You really feel part of a team, and it’s rewarding to see how your ideas help shape the bigger picture.”

As Business Analyst, you’ll:

  • Work as a Business Analyst on the transition from legacy systems to a single international group platform, enabling scalability, collaboration and predictable software delivery.
  • Elicit, document and refine clear, testable and traceable functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end requirement traceability and change control, including impact analysis, baselining and alignment with architecture and security standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by advising on requirement evolution, capturing lessons learned and supporting high-quality system design.
  • Deliver high-quality artefacts such as business and product requirement documents, epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, impact analyses and process models.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex software delivery environment.
  • Strong capability in writing clear, consistent, testable and traceable requirements.
  • Experience with requirement traceability, versioning, baselining and change impact analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • A pragmatic, quality-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Experience with Salesforce, iServer and legacy-to-target transitions is an advantage.
  • A monthly salary indication between €4.892,- and €6.400,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.
