System Administrator

As a Windows System Administrator, you ensure the continuity, security, and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure. You manage complex environments, support critical systems, and provide expert guidance across the organization. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the security, integrity and availability of all EUC infrastructure hardware, EUC server resources, systems, and key processes.
  • Carry out performance tuning, upgrades, and resource optimisation as required.
  • Provide support for and troubleshoot issues related to the M365 suite of products, for example, Intune, Entra ID, SSO (Enterprise Applications) and Exchange.
  • Provide 3rd Line support on request, investigating, analyzing, and troubleshooting issues and incidents.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and assist IT teams locally and internationally.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

  • You bring at least five years of hands-on experience in system administration within complex Windows environments.
  • HBO degree in ICT (or equivalent) and good Dutch language skills.
  • You are certified or actively working toward certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or MCSE.
  • Your expertise spans virtualization, networking, security, and cloud solutions, including familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • You’re proactive, solution-driven, and an effective communicator who stays on top of technological advancements and implements them when relevant.
  • A monthly salary indication between €4.500,- and €5.500,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.

Meet the team

The Group Tech department is the backbone of the Postcode Lottery Group. Working here, you’ll be part of the team that bears responsibility for all IT operations, ensuring all lottery rounds run smoothly, developing and managing the necessary systems, and setting up and maintaining digital workstations for more than 600 employees. You’ll collaborate with all the lotteries’ departments and with external parties. You'll stay in close touch with colleagues at the Postcode Lotteries abroad, working with them to create the best IT solutions.
