What you’ll do

• Lead and coach a team of junior and medior frontend engineers.
• Conduct mentoring and development interviews, identifying training needs to improve colleagues' skills.
• Foster a transparent and motivating work environment focused on feedback and growth.
• Work together with stakeholders to support, maintain, and create solutions for the business with a strong focus on reusability for the Group.
• Contribute to and implement development strategies, frameworks, and processes at both local and Group level.

You’d describe yourself as

• A strategic thinker with a university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
